Overcoming Panic and Panic Attacks provides an accessible, evidence-based framework for understanding the mechanisms of panic and offers practical interventions grounded in mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy. Through reflective reading and applied learning, clinicians will strengthen their ability to help clients manage panic, reduce avoidance, and restore calm and confidence in daily life.
