In this pre-recorded webinar, clinicians will be introduced to the foundational principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, including the internal system of parts and the healing presence of Self Energy. Participants will learn how to identify and differentiate between types of parts—protectors, managers, firefighters, and exiles—while cultivating curiosity and compassion toward each. Through guided discussion and examples, the training highlights how differentiation itself can serve as a pathway to healing. The course also introduces the 6F’s as a structured approach to engaging with parts and provides an overview of the steps toward unburdening and integration. Ultimately, the goal is to help clinicians begin to experience and model Self-led connection as the foundation for therapeutic transformation.
